Sustainability, Customization, and Speed Combined thanks to 3D Printing

3D printing, at the heart of this production revolution, combines extreme customization with accelerated production times.

This new production method makes it possible to create custom kitchen islands with unprecedented precision, meeting the needs of those who want unique designs and fast functionality.

    From concept to reality

The creation of KiS with Breton Genesi

Breton is revolutionizing the furniture and interior design industry with large format 3D printing technology

Thanks to artificial intelligence algorithms, the predictive control system monitors and optimizes the production process in real time, reducing errors and ensuring consistent quality, making production more efficient and innovative.

The rules of the game have changed
New shapes, innovative materials and extreme adaptability

The KiS project is the result of a successful collaboration among partners using an open innovation approach. By combining complementary expertise, we were able to bring the idea to fruition quickly: Airtech contributed advanced materials know-how, while Lapitec brought its expertise in the world of interior design.

Stylplex, equipped with the Genesi E2 3D printer, became the first Breton Authorized Additive Manufacturing Center in Italy, demonstrating the effectiveness of additive technology in transforming the industry.

This project not only represents innovation in the large-scale production of customized furniture, but also embodies a strong commitment to sustainability. Using recycled materials and a predictive control system based on artificial intelligence, Breton Genesi reduces waste and energy consumption, ensuring efficient and environmentally friendly production.

With this innovative and sustainable vision, Breton and its partners are redefining the future of interior design and manufacturing with a focus on environmental and production efficiency.
